You’ve heard it a million times now… but we’ll remind you (because we are just so thrilled by it) that Birmingham was recently ranked No. 1 on Zagat’s America’s Next Hot Food Cities list.
We have the opportunity to represent some of Birmingham’s staple restaurants… and whether we’re enjoying fresh guacamole on Cantina’s patio, one of the famous burgers from The J. Clyde, or Alabama’s finest pork from Fudge Farms in the Three Little Pigs Mac & Cheese at John’s City Diner… we never forget it.
Birmingham is a town for foodies, there’s no doubt about it, and when Dinner Lab (finally) expanded into the Ham, bringing chefs from near and far who are cooking up inventive dinners in excellent and underused spaces around town, we knew we had to be a part of it.
The most recent Dinner Lab featured four courses from a Central Thai menu concept – a number of shared small plates influenced by royal cuisine – from Chef John Haynes, who is soon to open his restaurant, Alloy Thai, here in Birmingham.
We suggest you become a Dinner Lab Birmingham member and get in on the action ASAP, you won’t regret it! https://dinnerlab.com
